About Greg
Greg is a highly experienced Psychologist and Senior Consultant with over a decade of practice across counselling, health, organisational psychology, forensic psychology, school psychology, and occupational rehabilitation. He has worked across diverse clinical, corporate, forensic, and educational settings, supporting individuals across the lifespan with a broad range of mental health and behavioural challenges.
Greg is skilled in treating a wide variety of presentations, with a strong ability to adapt his approach to suit the unique needs of each client. Alongside this broad expertise, he has a particular clinical focus on Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Binge Eating Disorder (BED). He works closely with both adolescents and adults to reduce self-criticism, build insight, and implement practical, sustainable strategies for change. Greg is ANZAED credentialed for the treatment of eating disorders and draws on the latest evidence-based approaches.
His experience includes work in forensic and school settings, where he has supported individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, behavioural challenges, and emotional difficulties. This diverse background informs his holistic, strengths-based approach to both treatment and assessment.
Greg draws on a wide range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology. His work is both attachment-informed and trauma-informed, and he tailors his interventions to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
Greg is known for his warm, engaging, direct and thoughtful therapeutic style. He builds strong, collaborative relationships with clients, providing a safe space to explore challenges, shift patterns, and foster growth.
